Bathrooms and Powder Rooms
No two bathrooms in this collection started from the same place, but each one shared the same goal: a finished space that feels intentional and well put together. From compact powder rooms getting a clean, updated look to full bathrooms refreshed with new vanities, modern lighting, and glass shower enclosures, the work reflects a genuine attention to detail. These are the kinds of upgrades that make an everyday routine feel a little more like a luxury.
Kitchenette
This kitchenette serves dual purposes: as a lunchtime dining area for K-2 children in a daycare and as a refreshment zone for a teen youth group.
Previously, the space functioned as storage in an unfinished basement.
Attic ladder
The project began as the church needed a way to reach the roof without a tall extension ladder. So, when the idea of fitting a pull-down attic staircase into a suspended ceiling was suggested, it was met with a slight percentage skepticism. However, our eagerness to tackle a good challenge meant the skepticism was soon overlooked. This project will always stand as a lasting tribute to authentic problem-solving.
Barn Doors
The homeowners had contemplated installing barn doors for a while, as the space above their garage did not seem to regulate temperature as effectively as the rest of the house.
Opting for barn doors turned out to be a great decision; it resolved their issue and also enhanced the beauty of their home.
School Entrances
The entrance wasn't especially unappealing; it just needed a much-needed update.
The entryway has been rejuvenated with new tile flooring, an appealing color palette on the now smooth walls, and elegant furnishings.
Stairlifts
Before the installation of this stairlift, individuals requiring aid had to rely on a rail-guided seat system that traveled just above the stairs. While it was safe, the experience left the rider feeling somewhat uneasy.
Today's experience is not just comfortable; it's also very welcoming for everyone to use.
It is now utilized during every church service and function.
Commercial Doors
What had once been a boarded-up opening in an exterior wall was not much to look at, but it presented a clear opportunity. The goal was straightforward: replace the makeshift closure with a proper commercial door that could handle real daily use. The finished installations, both exterior and interior, delivered exactly that. Solid, functional, and clean, these doors now serve their buildings the way a good entrance should.
Deck Roof
From the first rafter going up to the finished roof running the full length of the home, this project was one worth following start to finish. The homeowners wanted a covered outdoor living space that could hold up to the elements without giving up any of the charm. With solid timber framing, lattice skirting, and clean railing work, what came together was a roofed deck built to be used and enjoyed for years to come.
House Shutters
New replacement shutters on the front of this home brought this Custom Traditional back to its former glory.
The house got new shutters and had many of its window screens repaired.
Ultimately, the homeowner was thoroughly satisfied.
Screened Porches
As often happens with our projects, when one neighbor sees another's project completed, they are inspired to pursue their own.
The owner of this stunning screened-in porch had been anticipating the realization of her dream for nearly a year. The accompanying photos are a testament to her patience and achievement.
