For very small repairs, sometimes yes. For anything involving demolition, finishes, or trade work, we need an in-home visit to give you an accurate number. Phone or photo estimates without a site visit tend to come back wrong, and we won't quote something we can't stand behind.
We triage frozen-pipe calls the same day when we can. For most other work, we schedule the in-home estimate firstm and the work follows from there.
